I need advice on which system to go with and which cooler to use. I am definitely planning to Overclock and would like roughly a 4ghz overclock on either system. Also i know the psu is probably overkill, but i may to add more hard drives later, put cathodes, leds etc in and definately plan for a second graphics card at a later date.
Thanks

What is the machine for? Gaming? Rendering/coding/programming?
Just gaming means you may as well go with i5 750.
If doing more then may aswell go all out for the i7 930, triple channel RAM and the good OCing.

Is there a specific reason you want the Dell screen? It is very expensive compared to a 24inch Acer 2ms response time 1920 x 1080 resolution - £190

Gaming Primarily, but, i do some website design, photoshop and video editing too.

My reasons for choosing the Dell were.
The Dell screen is an IPS while the Acer is a TN panel.
The Dell has a mountain of connectivity. I want the displayport for my eyefinity setup :D
I like the look of it. :D Not really so important.
And it has full 1200p resolution.

But if you really think its not worth it then I will probably get the Acer.
If that sounded sarcastic im sorry i didnt mean it to.

Thanks again.

I am no expert on monitors, as a gamer full HD and decent quality and good response time is all I look for and I get get that around $200. I am not going to discourage ytou from the ell choice because I just don't know enough about monitors to say 'don't waste your money' it may well be worth every cent, it just seemed very expensive for me as a simple gamer :D
