GPU and Memory clock is jumping

Ive had a problem with my Radeon HD 5770... the GPU and memory clocks are jumping between the settings i've set 915/1260, they all of a sudden jump down to 157/300, any suggestions on how to fix this? i would like to have it laying on the settings ive put out all the time

More about memory clock jumping
  1. That's because it's switching to idle mode, where it lowers its clocks to achieve lower power consumption. Perfectly natural.

It means it's not being in use, which in tun means that any additional clocks would be wasted.
  2. But this is when playing, why should it lower it all when its being used? how to make it lay stable on the settings ive put up?
  3. any ideas?
  4. or are there no ways to do it?

If you switch to desktop to check it, it's automatically going to clock down, because it's not in use.
