Just wondering if there are koisks (similar to Kodak koisks in North
America) where we can print pictures from CD's or CF cards in Duisburg
or Dusseldorf in Germany.

If yes, then some street addresses would be really great where we can
get these prints.

If no, then any information about alternatives would be great.

not sure what a koisk is but you can print your pictures in any photo
shop. Most shops have printing terminals.
