How do I check what my system power (w) is?

Some graphics card require different amounts of power, how do I check how much power my computer has?

And if it is possible to check without actually opening the computer, via some system information or virus free program

Fill in your systems specs as much as you can, it tells you how much power it needs, if your planning on a new gfx card, calculate it with the 'new' one as your gfx card,
As for your current psu, I'm afraid its cover off and read the label on the psu :)

Im afraid so, but there will be a label on the psu saying what your wattage is,
dont be scared, just keep the screws safe, and take your time.
