Using athlon 2 X3 440 cpu, G.Skill DDR3 1600 pc3 dual channel 2GB memory, segate 7200.12 SATA 1TB 32MB cache hard drive, OCZ StealthXStream 600SXS 600W power supply,adding firewire and graphics card undecided.
Which is the best of these motherboards for this rebuild?
Asus M4A87TD/USB3, Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H, Asus M4A88TD-v EVO/USB3, or ASRock 880G extreme3

I would toss a coin between the Gigabyte and Asus 880´s

Either ASUS or Gigabyte should be good. I have a Gigabyte board myself and it's been rock solid for about 2-3 years. Heard great things about ASUS too though. I'd say you should be happy either way.

Asrock 870Extreme3? $95 for an 8/8 CFable 800 series board?

I also can vote for ASrock. They are just an ASUS with a less known badge. I am using one myself, and it has been a very solid overclocker.

Admittedly not as much experience with ASrock, but I did use one of those in a build for someone, and it seemed to do well for a good amount of time.
