I bought a new dvd drive because I thought my old dvd drive crapped out on me. But for some reason windows is not showing my drives whether they are physical or virtual (Magic Disk, Deamon Tools), in the device manager they keep saying the drivers are corrupt. Well I have tried to update the firmware for the new cd drive but it says it did not detect that drive installed on my machine (even though my Bios recognizes it).
Whenever I try to add a virtual drive it automatically says driver failed to install in the little baloon that pops up out of the task bar. I don't how to fix this, this must be a windows based error.
