Please Help...BSOD error

I will list BSOD error at end of post:

Ok, so every time I render using 3ds max for an animation...about 12 hours into it...my computer will crash giving me a BSOD. I start it back up and then sometimes after an hour after the first BSOD it will do it again....then it mihgt be a day before the next BSOD....Any ideas of what is causing this?? It also happened once when I was spinning the model around quickly in the viewport... My system is overclocked, but temps are good at only 61 degrees under full load....my graphics card is not overclocked at all....I have uninstalled graphics drivers and re-installed them. From what I read a lot of this is due to windows 7 and faulty nvidia drivers...is this true? or some people say it could be ram....when I overclocked the system about 4 months ago I ran prime 95 for 16 hours and also ran intel burn test for 16 passes....it passes flawlessly. I was also surfing the internet, playing music and everything at the same time....Anyways...any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. I also apologize if this post is in the wrong section but I wasnt really sure where to post this question.... heres my BSOD error and computer specs:
