You cant upgrade the graphics card in a laptop, it has what it has, if you want a more powerful card you will need to pick a different model.

You cannot upgrade graphics on laptops except on very expensive gaming versions.

I heard that You can upgrade The Card By Putting the New card in and Then Telling the Computer to ignore the other one. So Yes It is Possible. But Can My computers Power supply handle a 9800 GT

Standard desktop feature.. Not available on laptops.. And definitely not yours since it does not have any expansion slots available as mentioned in the link..

Don't skimp on a laptop if you wanna be able to play games on it.

My recommendation is for a budget of at least $1,500. If that's too hard to swallow, then too bad 'cause you are gonna need to spending a little more than that to get a laptop with a video card that is somewhat close to the power of a 9800GT on a desktop.
