How to Setup a RAID1 System on my laptop usb3 drive enclosure

I need some help in setting up a Raid1 on my laptop.

What I hope to achieve

I just want to backup/mirror everything on first hard disk drive to the second drive.

What Hardware I have got to do this
--------------------------------------------------
1. 2 x 2TB WD Caviar Green
2. IcyBox USB 3.0 Raid Enclosure IB-RD4320StU3 for 2 x 2TB WD Caviar Green
3. USB 3.0 2 PORT EXPRESS CARD 34 EXPANSION CARD ADAPTER FOR LAPTOP NOTEBOOK
4. Laptop with Core 2 duo running Windows 7 Ultimate

Problem

Window 7 is able to pick only one of the 2TB WD Caviar Green hardrive
Any help in setting this up would be much appreciated

Ok both drives are now showing on Windows 7, just need a walk-thru to configure the raid1 setup. Thanks

I have now figure the drives to Raid1 and windows 7 is now showing one drive of 2TB
as SV SAFE USB Device. Is there a way to verify that the setup is successful. Thanks
