I am interested in a new display and conside a Samsung 2243FW, however the 2243BW is considereably cheaper but appears to have the excact same specifications.

Does anyone know about a difference?

PS: a Subcatogory which only allows graphic card vendors is useless in my case...

The BW consumes more power. I think you can do better than those monitors. What's your budget and preffered site for buying?

At work we have a 2243BW Monitor and my collegues were happy we these. I want to buy a new display for myself and would like to keep the budget below 250 Euro (330 USD).

I would by somewhere in germany, possibly at amazon.de. But the site for buying is not really what I care about now.

Here are some good full HD monitors in your budget:

http://www.amazon.de/Samsung-P2370HD-analog-digital-Kon...

http://www.amazon.de/Philips-231E1SB-00-LCD-Monitor/dp/...

http://www.amazon.de/BenQ-G2420HDBL-Widescreen-Kontrast...

http://www.amazon.de/Philips-244E1SB-LCD-Display-TFT/dp...

The first one is a bit older, like those above but has a TV tuner (no picture in picture), the second one is best buy for that money and it's very good, the BenQ is LED backlit.
