Wll this graphcuis card fit my Dell Inspiron 530 (not slim) desktop?

Here are the specs of my comp...
300 w (steady rate) PSU
I have the PSIe 16x slot (I think that's how you spell it)
I have 297 gb free of space
4 gb of ram
windows 7 64 bit operating system
... and I think that is all...

I just want to double check before I buy a card that won't work for me

Oh yeah and Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHZ 2.33 Ghz is the processor

Yes it will fit. The only concern is your PSU but since it rated for constant 300watt load it will most likely work.
