.i just want to utilise the the asus motherboard due to its comparatively higher configuration. plz suggest if u have any .....
 
Solution
Try booting up first; if it crashes, go to safe mode on the next reboot and load the 865 drivers for the newer board; if it still crashes, format the drive and do a fresh install. IF you want to backup your files, do that before changing boards.

Dear Sir

I do have the same PC and I wana to upgrade my Graphic card but there is an AGP slot which is very old now a days and not available somebody told me that you do have a PCI there too where you can have your graphic card . Please help me Can I have such a option there !
