Hello,

I am upgrading my system soon and I've tentatively decided on a Mobo.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I am also getting G.SKILL NQ Series DDR3 1333MHz (PC3-10666) 6GB (3x2GB) and a Phenom 965 CPU.

Does anyone see any compatibility problems or have an opinion on the MoBo or Ram?

I hope some responds. Amazon just delivered this MoBo to me half hour ago for my first build. Hope there's nothing real bad with this selection?

The mobo is a good choice, however you chose the wrong ram.
That ram is a tri-channel kit for a 1366 X58 Intel mobo.
You need dual channel DDR3 ram. Both of these kits are nice!i have the CL7 kit =fast

I have this combination (Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 + Phenom 965) , but you must choose a recomanded RAM, becouse I faile to boot sometimes when I use RAM Corsair CMX3X2G1333C9 2X2G, but noprblem with Gskill F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQCAS Latency: 9-9-9-24-2NCapacity: 6GB(2GBx3)Speed: DDR3-1600 (PC3 12800)Test Voltage: 1.5 Volts .
