Mouse looks stutters During Games

Hi guys.

So I'm having a weird problem with playing games using my Radeon 5750

When I'm playing games I get a weird stutter/frame skip when I'm mouse looking. If I'm just moving using the keyboard everything is completely fine. I've looked all over the net and the only thing I can find is "micro-stutter", but that (appears) to only be an issue with multiple GPUs. I've got multicore rendering disabled, along with v-sync, and filtering.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.

This is happened only on one game or all games?

then try to turn on your "multicore rendering", v-sync and filtering...

It happens on all games, but it's especially noticeable on Source engine games (HL2, L4D2, etc.)

I've got multicore rendering, v-sync, and filtering disabled because it's even worse with all of it on.

I've also noticed that if I try to slide the mouse across the desktop as smooth as possible, it's relatively jumpy as well, but that may just be my imagination due to extreme frustration.

umm, have you tried with another mouse?

Yep, I've tried it with a couple of different mice. Two wireless and one wired.
