I'm planning to buy an Ati Radeon HD 5850.
My main usage will be for Games like GTA IV, Crysis warhead etc, also to play Blu-ray discs.
Is it good enough, with an i5 750, and a P55?

Solution
A 5850 is plenty for GTA IV, You can never have too much GPU horsepower for Crysis.
I get 41FPS Avg and 31FPS min with Crysis on VH DX10 1920 x 1080, thats with a 5850 overclock to 1000/1200. At stock its more like 22FPS Min and 30ish FPS avg.

Its a really good bang for buck card.

Well that really depends on the resolution,a 5850 can handle Crysis on very high on resolutions like 1680x1050 with 4xAA,as for higher resolutions the settings have to be lowered(+0xAA) in order to get smooth frames

I don't think it would be playable with 4x AA at 1680 x 1050 resolution. Maybe 2x, but the HD 5970 can only do around 45 FPS on average with Very High settings to 2x AA on a 1920 x 1200 monitor, and 1920 x 1200 isn't that much bigger.
