Im debating between two ASUS's

Rampage III or the P6X58D Premium

Rampage = $380 and the Premium = $300

Build will be

i7 930 2.8 (will most likely OC to 3.0-3.2)
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600 6gb
evga gtx 480 superclocked
1tb HD
kingwin mach 1 1000watt psu (would go with a corsair hx 850watt but theyre the same price)

Which mobo will be the best value and easiest to work with for my build?

Thanks

What's wrong with a Asus ASUS P6X58D-E? or GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R?
Both are much cheaper with nearly identical features.

Why are you buying a factory OC GPU? You're paying someone $50 to press a few buttons for you.

There's a difference between a good PSU and a bad PSU. The kingwin is closer to the latter. Either way, a 750tx $90 after MIR is fine for your needs.

I will say Asus is one of the top boards you can buy IMO. I have the Maximus II Formula and love everything I can do with it. One thing to keep in mind, it's easy to repace/upgrade a PSU or a GPU or HDD, not so easy to just S/O the board. So get the board you want, even if it's a bit more than you want to spend, and have a good foundation to start with! Keep in mind # of SATA, fan, USB headers and plan accordingly for upgrades, but I think you're on the right path already.
