Intel processors from china forum

Intel Core i7 975 Extreme Edition 3.33GHz 8M L3 Cache LGA1366 Desktop Processor
i have been offered this processor at a very low pricwe via china they say it is a genuine box and packaging and is genuine part can this be true or is it a copy? is it advisable to buy these parts from there?

i'd be wary of anyone saying they have super cheap processors from china

if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is...

hey but let's not 4get that our processors r mostly made in Taiwan... Asus built board's r also written on their PCB " Made In China".....

Giga-byte is also from Taiwan. Which is China.
And if its a knock off it will have what looks like original packaging.
It could be real or it could be a reject that didn't meet spec.
