Is This A Good Budget Build

Well i am new at building Rigs.But here is my rig.

NZXT M59
Athlon ii X2 240(Going to overclock over 3.0ghz)(might upgrade to 4 core later)
Biostar A770E(It was in a deal with the Cpu on Newegg for $60!!)
4870 Toxic
Thermaltake pure power 480watt
2Gb Kingston HyperX 1066mhz(going to Get another Stick of it)
Hp 17'' Monitor 1440x900
80gb Seagate 7200 8mb cache(going to get another HDD)

Tell what you think.Also what Os should i get.

What's the budget for this thing?

Also, if you're getting a new system, Windows 7 Home Premium is usually the best option. 64-bit is usually used, but i'm not sure whether that'd be the best idea here, since it's a lower spec system at the looks of things.

I dont know Just under Like 700 Dollars.But my rig is already build it.It Runs all my games at 40fps or more that is in far cry 2 settings at MAXX.But still i would like to know what you think about my Rig

not bad.. interesting choice of graphics+RAM for a new build. I would've thought you'd get one of the newer cards and gotten faster RAM, but meh. Overall pretty good, but not outstanding I guess.
