Armada M300 replacement screens

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement screen for a Compaq Armada M300 laptop -
can anyone point me at a good (and relatively cheap...) supplier for
replacement screens (pref in UK)? I've been quoted £325 excluding VAT
+ delivery for a refurbished screen, which is £75 more than entire
M300s are selling on Ebay for...

Also, I have (had) the 11.3" XGA screen on my model - does anyone know
if a 12.1" XGA screen would be compatible with my model (I'd just
replace the entire housing screen and hinges)? According to the
websites I've been looking at, there are the two sizes, but nothing
about which screens work on which models.
