No. Your board takes ddr ram; 1 gb may be the limit if you have 2 slots. I would post this question in one of the dell forums, since the dell documentation doesn't list the max ram per slot. I wouldn't touch anything inside until you find out. I worked at dell assemblying desktops. It's easy to damage components.
