What is the ideal speed of stock fan of 1090t?

i want to know the ideal speed stock fan of 1090t CPU.Mine reaches 4500rpm to 6500rpm after some time of operation and the whole system becomes very very noisy.i think CPU is having 120mm fan.Is it normal with all 1090t or i am having something wrong in my system?

well its a crappy local brand cabinet.

That sounds pretty fast to me, it could be just bad ventilation in the case, you should download coretemp and check your temperatures. You may need a case with more airflow, or reseat the HSF.

but my case is opened from one side.will that affect the airflow??

The AMD standard heatsinks aren't any good, I would spend 25 dollars to get a new heatsink... Like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200038&cm_re=Rosewill_Heatsink-_-35-200-038-_-Product
Its the one I have, its very cool, and near silent!
