PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

PARTS PREFERENCES: none really, looking for quality parts but inexpensive too, MUST BE USB 3.0 MOBO

OVERCLOCKING: NO

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: NO

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 32 inch HD tv, resolution is a crapshoot. he has poor vision so its not the max setting by far.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Cheap is needed, i have a list of parts, but suggestions always heard.

HD TV means 1920x1080, which is a fairly high end resolution for PCs.

For $10 more you can get a twice as large and much faster 500GB seagate 7200.12 or Samsung F3 HDD.

You might start with a motherboard that has onboard video and see if you even need a graphics card. If you do find there are games you cant play and want to, the you could find which graphics card is appropriate for that game and your monitor rather than buying something that may not be adequite now.

Hmm inexpensive means compromise so if u ok with non USB3 IGP mobo set up:
