AMD phenom ii x6 temps

Can any one let me know what a good stand by and a good load temp for this CPU is? Also what software is the most accurate iv tried amd overdrive , cpuwizard, speed fan. my stand by temp is about 22c i know stand bye temps are very accurate but i wanna know at what point i should worry about temp damage.

Also every where i look it says the watt should be 125w but all my software shows like 135w is this just some kinda weird error or could it have been sent out like that?
