Either one is a great choice IMO. The Asus may be a bit more popular but I am happy with my P67A UD4.

The Gigabyte P67A-UD3 will be better for overclocking.

The ASUS P8P67 LE has some voltage settings missing/disabled, so it won't be as good for overclocking.

If you're considering those, I would also suggest putting the ASRock P67 Pro3 on your list. It's got all the voltages and settings for overclocking.

I forgot those LE boards are crippled. The ASRock board has great reviews as well.

I have the ASRock in my system, and it is superb. No trouble overclocking my 2500K to 4.8GHz, and you can either overclock manually or use their overclocking presets in the UEFI.

Thanks.. maybe P67A-UD3 will in my mobo list.. because i want to save my money to buy some other computer part. ASRock P67 Pro3 price still expensive.
