Need some help

Hello,
my computer has a power but no display and no beep.i tried to check the memory and video card to other computer.upon checking, memory and video card is in good condition.what would be the problem of my computer?

if the power comes on with the fans with no beeps this is not good
can you hear the HDD spin up or is that dead as well

most likely to be the motherboard is dead
would contact the makers see if you can get a replacement but that will depend on its age
