Gigabyte raid 0 setup

Hello,
I updated BIOS for the GA-870A-UD3 (AMD870)motherboard to version F4 (former F2)and had to enable again the AMD 2x0 stripe/raid 0 SCSI disk. The system is working well, only at startup there is always a delay in the raid option rom, saying "scanning for drives..." I never had before. How to fix (disable) this startup delay?

Check that it isn't a Marvell controller or something like that which isn't being used. If it's not, then I doubt it could be disabled.
