Hi,
The sound on my pc was playing up-
mostly silent all of the time but jumping infrequently to really loud volume.
I've uninstalled soundmax and drivers and installed another version from the asus website.
Now when i go into control panel->sound, it says "currently unavailable" under the soundmax components. The sound window in control panel also freezes up and i have to close it from task manager.
What on earth can I do?
