Graphic card help

i have the following pc:
Intel Core2Duo E4500 @ 2.20 GHz (can be overclocked to 2.6 GHz)
Intel DG33FB MotherBoard
Transcend JetRam 2.00 GB
Seagate Barracuda 250GB HardDisk Drive
Samsung SyncMaster 932nw 19" 1440x900 (32 bit 75Hz) Monitor
Windows 7 Home Premium
400 W PSU

The thing is i am gonna a buy a 9600GT 512 DDR3 or a 9800GT 512 DDR3. I wanted to know whether it would work on my pc.

Okay, for your low resolution and 400W of PSU then 9800GT will do the job perfectly...
9800GT is better than 9600GT.
