Building a slate tablet that can be used for gaming too

I want to build a slate tablet, with the following capabilities, Crossfire/sli or (one powerful card), several usb ports for mouse/keyboard when i want to game or use it was a normal computer.

My budget is 1200$
I can get the touchscreen for ~100$
that gives me 1100$ to purchase the following; CPU, Case, Mobo, speakers, miniwebcam, slot cd drive, SSD, ram, graphics card(s)


I've found a ton of 12" touchscreens on ebay for relatively cheap, what size mobo would be good that could also game,

Um, you can't actually build your own tablet or laptop...not unless you mean a 20 lb system board sized tablet that's got a power cable it needs plugged in to run.
