Shouldn't I have DX11 with my Mobility Radeon 5870?

Hello all,

I have a Sager 8690 (Clevo W860CU) with a Mobility Radeon 5870.
From my understanding, this is a DirectX 11 compatible video card.

For some reason, when I view the "Performance Information and Tools" (where it breaks down your system components and windows scores) in Win7 Ult, it says: DirectX version DirectX 10.

I have the most recent drivers for my video card, ATI Catalyst Control Center version 2010.0302.2233.40412

So what gives? Why don't I have DX11?

I should have probably mentioned that I tried that before.
I click on "Direct X for Gamers" and install the newest file "Direct X User Runtime" released 2/5/2010 and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I also have Dirt 2 installed from steam, a game that supports DX11. I know Steam checks Direct X when it installs games and makes sure its up to date.
Oddly enough I still have DX10.

Any ideas? Does anyone have this same computer and have this problem?
Does anyone with a Mob. Radeon 5870 have Direct X 11 listed? I am trying to figure out if this is just a problem I am having or if its a universal thing?
