HOW TO ENABLE lan WITHOUT ADMIN ACCESS

i'm trying to enable my lan driver but my user a/c is limited and i'm using a 'windows xp'.please help me in this matter.i can't enable the lan driver and windows can't start up in safe mode or safe mode with networking.

Sounds like you have some Windows errors.
Try "HDD Regenerator" it should be able to fix your problem and get you aback in. Download it and make the USB bootable version. Reset your BIOS to "Boot From USB". Insert the memory stick and boot your system. Just follow the screen prompts and it will do the rest. This program has fixed many of my Windows failures and saved many files and Windows re-installs!
