Someone help please. ati mobility radeon hd 3650 graphics card

hi. i have a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 in my acer laptop. its running windows vista and has a blu ray player on it/ this graphics card is meant to support blu ray but it saysthat its not thr right one. can someone help me please. when i try and play the dvd it says your graphics card does not support this but it will play some of the blu ray disc. HHHEEELLLPPP.
