What is the best cpu for MB MSI|790XT-G45 790X RT

Was just wonderin what would be the best for this motherboard MB MSI|790XT-G45 790X RT, at the moment i will be using my amd 2800 but was looking to upgrade soon and also can i oc my current cpu and if so could ya give more info. thanks also forgot to mention that i am a gamer using xfx 5770 4gb ddr2.

I could not find a MSI 790XT-G45 790X RT listed on the MSI site (or on any other google search). Only a 790XT-G45 790X
That motherboard can support Phenom II X4 Deneb 965BE, Phenom II X4 Zosma 960T and Phenom II X6 Thuban 1090T CPUs.

Yes you can overclock your current CPU.

sorry about that i meant my pc is running 4gb of ddr2, 32bit windows .7 is there like a site for oc the cpu that i can find? i have looked at a few but i need something idot proof lol
