System Restore won't work

Hello,
After trying to install latest Flash player, Google Chrome has taken over. IE won't work, MSOffice won't work. I have tried System Restore to each available restore point, but none will work.

Try "HDD Regenerator". It should be able to fix your problem. Download it and make the USB bootable version. Reset your BIOS to "Boot From USB". Insert the memory stick and boot your system. Just follow the screen prompts and it will do the rest. This program has fixed many Windows failures on my system successfully, just may work for you too.
