ZALMAN 9500 is not a CPU cooler choice we see a lot of these days. Mostly because it doesn't support the newer 1156 and 1366 motherboard like your ASUS P6X58D.
Also it's not the best cooling option you can find for around ~$52
Look at the CM Hyper 212+

Everything else will work together.
You sized the PSU for a 2nd HD 5850 video card and heavy overclocking?

I will look at the other cooler.

I did size the PSU for a second 5850 as the prices come down and to overclock to extend its use.

For everything else, newegg will probably be better/equivalent.

In fact, newegg had the Hyper 212+ at $30 for most of the last 6 months. It's just in the last couple of weeks it jumped up to $60.
