Raid system

I'm planing on building a raid 0 system (2 or 4 drives of 250-500 GB)and I was wondering if the HDD cache is something I should be checking (16MB or 32MB)

Depends what useage its for. If you not fussed about speed of access ie just using for centralized storage don't worry bout it. If you want to stream media or something that's time sensitive get bigger cache.

Bear in mind that something else may be the bottleneck. In which case there is no point paying for big cache.
