can i mix it ddr3 ram 1067 mhz with ddr3 1333mhz in my hp laptop dm4 1024tx

It is possible, just not guaranteed. I got both sets to run at the higher speed by using fixed multipliers in the bios of my MSI board, but most boards default to the slower of the two speeds. However, laptops are oem boards with limited bios adjustments, so if your default speed is 1066, the board may not even post with faster ram. You'll just have to try it.
