Need your opinion about this system im building???

sup guys, i have like two years already since i started upggrading my computer and im just about to finish it, need your opinion on how well it will perform , im quite exited because i changed almost everything in the computer since i got it with my own money but have no idea on how well it will perform.

these are the specs,

intel core 2 duo e7400 oced to 3.3Ghz(previously a pentium dual core)
4 gigs of RAM ( at the beginning it only had 2)
corsair 650w PSU ( my computer had a 250 PSU before)
GTX 260 FTW Edition( first i Got a ati radeon x1300, then a geforce 9400gt 1GB, then a geforce 9800 GT)
250GB hard drive
A 22" samsun syncmaster t220hd 1650x1050 max resolution (first i got a 15" monitor that its max resolution was 1280x768)

i think thats all, im willing to play everything at max detail, max resolution with no problem, but i dont know. ive seen lots of reviews and videos, but they are all different, with different specs, so i dont really have an exact idea of what my perfomance will be, so THX every opinion will be appreciated.

i already changed the processor, im paying like $150 for the card

For that price you want to compare a GTX 260 with a HD 5770. Check this link for a comparison of many games showing GTX 260 vs HD 5770 performance.
With a HD 5770 you could drop down in size to a 500W PSU.
