Stuck in safe mode loop

Hello,
my xp pro is stuck in logo-safe mode loop with a splash of blue screen with white text before repeating loop. I only have a 16GB PNY to download help from this computer (vista) to use on the xp pro pc. That is, if there is any help for this? I'd really appreciate it.

Get a copy of "HDD Regenerator". Use it to make a USB bootable version on a memory stick. Boot up and go into your BIOS to change the boot sequence to "Boot from USB". Put the USB int the slot and reboot your system. Just follow the prompts and it will do the rest. Download the prg on another computer, or even at your at local library and make the bootable memory stick version and you're good to go.
