I have an 3TB external drive, after using it i clicked safely remove hardware option to eject the drive but it says "windows is accessing your volume, try later sometime" So i restarted my laptop and i opened my computer and i saw the volume is there but it's not accessible. When i double click it , it says your disk is need to be formatted, but i have a data of 1.9TB of important data inside the hard drive which i dont want to loose.
By the way i forgot to tell you, i had tried with some third party software. After the quick scanning it said your disk may be corrupted.
Could you please help me to get my data back please ?
