Barely, it should fit, but since cases are so cheap, I would get another one with more space and less heat; this system gets terrible reviews for lack of airflow which causes cpu and other temps to rise.

E5700 is .45 wolfdale; runs a little cooler and uses slightly less energy. More important is if the board supports the newer cpu. Go to asus website and check under "cpu support" to see if you need a certain bios file to run it.
