Just started a new build seeing as my computer is still running xp. I figured that I might as well build a WHOLE new computer so that I can just gift my old one to a family member.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 1 Week. Already purchased the items listed below.

BUDGET RANGE: $1500-1600

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:Video editing, World of Warcraft, HD Movies

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Monitors, Keyboard, Mouse

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg, I've dealt with them in the past and I guess I'm a fanboy.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES:ATI, (want eyefinity support)

OVERCLOCKING: NO. I'm against overclocking because I like my system to last for years so I can gift the older computer to a family member.

MONITOR RESOLUTION:1920x1080 (3)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:No need for a sound card since I use a bose speaker system via usb.

Here's what I have so far.
Case
Corsair Obsidian Series 700D CC700D Black Case
PSU
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W Power Supply
SSD (OS and NEC Programs only)
Intel X25-M Mainstream SSD
CPU Cooling
CORSAIR Cooling Hydro Series CWCH50
BLU-RAY Burner
LG WH10LS30K 10X Blu-ray Burner
DVD Burner
ASUS Black DvD Burner
OS
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

This means ive got around 600 to spend on these items.

I don't use my computer for graphics intensive games ever. I mainly use it for the daily world of warcraft grind and video editing. The main reason I'm doing this upgrade is we just recently purchased a Vixia HF S20 hd camera and I want to be able to render HD video without much trouble. I also want to be able to use ATI's new eyefinity since I currently have 3 monitors and would like the use of one full screen instead of having them extended separately.

When I say video editing I mean recording performances and editing for distribution to 100+ people. I've had instances where I needed to edit/render a video overnight and I want to be able to have more time to edit and not worry so much about the time to render.

So any recommendations on an ATI graphics card w/ Eyefinity a Cpu/Mobo combo and ram to back up the 720-1080p rendering.

To get 8GB into the budget, I'd probably suggest changing to the Phenom II X4 955 or maybe the Phenom II X3 720 if RAM is more important to help make more money available to pay for it.

Well if you're going for 3 monitors then you would probably need the extra power that a 5830 could provide. Altho there are situations where a 5830 is not much better than a 5770 at all - the situation that I read about was high AA.
