Motherboard temps

Alright so, today my motherboard temps were getting a little hot under load, so I decided to take the heat sink off and blow it out. (it was running at about 53C before I took it off and blew it out) Anyway, after I took it off and cleaned it out, and put it back on, like I dolt, I wasn't thinking, and didn't replace the thermal paste, and now my mobo temps are like 60C under load.

Needless to say I turned off the pc, and was really just curious if the temps are caused by not reapplying the thermal paste or what? My computer is pretty crap, but it's the only one I have, the mobo is an ECS 915P-A series. Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback, if it's the paste, I'll have to go buy some tomorrow, as everything is closed.
