P67 and H67 for gaming

If i don't overclock my CPU then will P67 and h67 MB be same for gaming performance ? (core i5 2400)
I mean will H67 bottleneck Corei5 2400 CPU ?

PS : have a GTS260 videocard

If not overclocking, and using the GTS260, then yes... The performance will be the same and you won't notice a difference using the I5 240. The P67 will give you the ability to tweak the system settings and overclock. Doesn't sound like you are interested in doing that so the H67 is your MB...

(Not following the "will the MB bottleneck the CPU" question, but it is probably mute).

The H67 and P67 boards perform exactly the same.

The only difference is that the P67 can overclock and the H67 cannot (or rather can, but in a very limited way).

If you pair the GTX 580 with an older dual core CPU the processor could become your bottleneck. Or if you pair the I5 2500 with an older GPU (8800 GTX for example) your GPU could be your bottleneck. Don't worry about bottlenecks using a high end CPU and GPU... You are in good shape.

Yes. For Sandy Bridge, the mainboard cannot be a bottleneck. It will either be the CPU or GPU (or neither one, if the system is well-balanced).
