ASUS P6X58D-E MOBO currently has 6gb's (3x2)

buy.com is offering Kingston HyperX 6GB (3 X 2GB) DDR3 SDRAM 1600MHz for $50 after rebate. Can I use the Kingston without degrading my performance, e.g. triple threading, etc.?

The kingston may be a little faster; I was able to mix 1333 with 1600 ram and manually change a setting in the bios to get them both running at 1600, but try the default settings first. 1333 is plenty fast.
