Looks like a good system but whats' your res and are you planning to crossfire because we may be able to shave a few dollars off.Otherwise you'd be able to max most games at 1680x1050

Faster memory for the same price : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231303

You do not need a 750w PSU unless you plan on running 2 x 5850s in Crossfire. 2 x 5770s only need 550w so you can save some money there if you want.

No SATA 3 or USB 3 support with that MB. You do not necessarily need those things but if you save a few $$ on the PSU put that money into a little newer MB with the 890 chipset.

I have to disagree with the choice of an ASRock MB. Either Asus or Gigabyte is a much better choice. I am a big fan of Gigabytes UDx series of boards both for Intel and AMD.

Or a cheaper option but still has USB 3 and SATA 3

If you only plan on running a single 5770 then this is all you need for a PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139003

Because Gigabyte and Asus are top tier. ASRock has had a few individual boards with good reputations but not their entire lines like the other two. There is a reason Gigabyte and Asus put out new Intel chipset boards before Intel themselves release them.
