Stock Heatsink+Fan Compatibility and Worth

Greetings everyone!

2 quick questions guys: Is an AM3 stock heatsink+fan compatible with AM2's ? (I know it 's a dumb question, I just want to confirm it ^_^)

And if I were to sell an AM3 stock heatsink+fan how much would it cost ?(in dollars, price range would be the best given answer )

1st, yes it is compatible, you might get 5 dollars for it... The stock heatsink is really cheap and its not efficient.
