What is a good PC Monitor to use as a TV?

I am looking for a LCD Monitor to use as a TV, as well as watch movies and play xbox 360 on.
Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming(Xbox 360)/Watching Movies/TV)
Looking for a monitor between 24"-26"
My budget range is $200-$400
For brand type - No real preference
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
