Can I install a QuadCore to this MB?

I want to know if I can change out the Pentium on my Foxconn N15235 to a quad core CPU.
I trie looking for a data sheet with supported models for this mobo, and found none, can you guys help?

Those don't look similar, aside from being Foxconn.
Mine has 1 PCI-e Slot, two PCI-e Micro Slots, and one PCI.

But if they are the same models, and share the same chipsets, should I assume it will work?

It is a chance you can take based on the chipset but since your board is probably an OEM board you might run into BIOS limitation.

I might go ahead and buy a Mobo+CPU combi from Tiger or NewEgg, but I wanted to keep the case if I could. (HP)
But if I change out the MB it might not fit, right?

Most boards are a standard size such as atx or matx there are several.

Just find your board size and then go from there on what will fit. The other issue you have to keep in mind is if you go to a newer motherboard cpu will your current power supply support it and is your original parts compatable with the new board such as memory. Go to the hp site and look up your system it should say what size the mother board is in it.
