Asus M4A87TD EVO boot problem

Hello. First of all sry for my english

I just made a build with these specs :

Main Board : Asus M4A87TD EVO
Processor : AMD Phenom xII 965 SE Black Box Edition
Ram : Corsair XMS3 2 x 4 GB DDR3 1600 8 GB(kit) CMX8GX3M2A1600C9
HDD : 2 x Corsair SSD 60 GB
COOLER : SCYTE KAMA
PSU : CoolerMaster GX 750W
VIDEO : Gainward Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 SE

The problem is this. If i use both ram dimms the system doesnt boot and the memset let is flashing red. If i use any of dimms , only 1 of them system boots ok.

Any solution ? Cuz i tested almost all i think.

That RAM needs 1.65V to work properly, did you change the RAM voltage in the BIOS?
Also try some other slot for the second stick, slots 1 and 3 if you tried 1 and 2.

i did set 1.65V in bios and still same problem. Also ofc i didnt inserted rams in slots 1 and 2 , i tested with slots 1 and 3 and 2 and 4 still same issue. Not working , only with 1 ram dimm.

You'll have to send back the RAM and get some other one. Many 2x4G refuse to work on a lot of mobos, it's a compatibility issue. See if you can find some tested by them 2x4G in here
